Our Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your Watchdog ISP Internet service, please notify us in one of two ways..

1) Call technical support at 1-866-331-3462
2) Email: support@watchdogisp.com

When requesting service to be cancelled, be sure to indicate the name on the account and the reason for cancellation. Services are billed 1 month in advance. This means that when you signup for service, you immediately pay for the coming month's service. When the current month ends, you are then billed for the following months service. Therefore, when you cancel service, your account will be marked accordingly and when your current paid balance runs out, service will be suspended. Refunds are not issued for unused time within the current month.
